Justin1Every Sunday, Hayabusakan Judo runs a special Judo Fitness program. This two hour class first consists of a one-hour technical session where the aim is to practice at least 200 throws which is followed by a rigorous set of cardio exercises that include modified suicide runs and agility- and endurance-focused circuit training. This intense part of the Hayabusakan program is a physically and psychologically gruelling challenge and it is what builds our students strong. This element of the Hayabusakan program is geared specifically towards building students towards tournament-ready fighting form.
